My Blog needs a focus
Good morning,
Matthew Rock thinks that Blogs can be most boring! Stuart Rock is full of enthusiasm for them but stipulates that they must have a theme; they must concentrate on a subject of interest so that if successful they become the accepted source of information on a given subject! He suggests something like 'the Pubs of east Dorset' or even 'Wimborne'. Actually the latter is already interesting because I have posted a Google Alert on Wimborne so that whenever someone worldwide posts the name 'Wimborne' into a website...................I am alerted. The miracles of this digital world!!
So, world readers, do you think I should focus on 'The Watering Holes of Wimborne'. That could include local places of interest with a watering hole in close proximity? All this could begin quickly because David Downing insists that we commence walking 'The Stour Valley Way' in a couple of weeks so before then I need to master the 3G mobile and its photographic potential. David, all this is getting out of hand! If this comes off will I get a job at the Tourist Office?

How did mature (aka old) men used to fill their retirement days before the advent of the internet?!?.... Just think what Mr Downing and the infamous Rocky would be up to if they weren't sat in front of their computers... the mind boggles!
